Pasco County Trick or Treating Hours

I called the Pasco County Sheriff's Office today to find out what the hours are for trick-or-treating this year. After getting laughed at by the operator, I talked to someone else that informed me there are no set hours for trick-or-treating here in Pasco County, Florida.

I'm just writing this post to help anyone else out that may be looking for the same information, as it's not really readily available anywhere else. So if you're waiting for a certain time to take your kids out...just go! :)

Happy Halloween!

Glad to hear it, that's why I put it up. It got over 100 hits on Halloween so other people were wondering the same thing. Nice job Pasco County.

yeah but there was a controversy awhile back about Halloween being on a Sunday, so are they allowing trick or treat on Sunday?

I was trying to find out the same thing (Sat. or Sun.). I can't find a definite answer, but my friends & I are planning on Sunday. I am a Christian, but I still think trick or treating should be on the actual day of Halloween. Unless there is a governmental decision for your county, I'm sure most will be going Sunday. Anyone who's fanatical about the Halloween issue probably doesn't celebrate it anyway. I hope this helps a little : ).

I just talked to the Pasco Sheriff's office again and they said it's no different this weekend, 2010. Trick or Treat on Sunday and have fun!

Thanks for posting I have been wondering the same thing and can't find any info on it. There is never a good turn out on Sunday trick or treat but we will just go and have fun I guess.

Thanks for posting. I wondered what the hours are too, and only because I remember years ago when there was a time frame set to try to lessen the traffic on those hours and keep our children safe.

Please don't forget if the outside light isn't on you shouldn't knock. This could mean they are a registered sex offender or just don't celebrate
